This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Brelyxa Inversiones S.A.S. uses them on brelyxa.com and how you can manage them. On your first visit you will see a banner that lets you accept, reject or configure your choice.
1. What cookies are

2. Categories we use
We work with four categories: (i) necessary, essential for functioning; (ii) analytics, to understand in aggregate how the site is used; (iii) advertising, to measure and personalize Google Ads campaigns; and (iv) personalization, to remember preferences.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Brelyxa implements Google Consent Mode v2. This means that while you have not granted consent, advertising and analytics signals are sent in a «denied» state and no marketing cookies are set. When you accept (fully or partially) we send a consent update (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) and the corresponding cookies are activated. We also apply url_passthrough and ads_data_redaction to minimize the information transmitted when there is no consent.
4. How to manage your choice
You can change your choice at any time from the banner accessible at the bottom of the site or by clearing the data stored in your browser. When you clear local storage, the banner will reappear on your next visit.
5. Third parties involved
We use Google Ads (identifier AW-18064110603) for campaign measurement. When you grant consent, certain Google cookies may be stored on your device. Google acts as an independent controller regarding its own services; consult its terms and privacy policies for more information.
6. Duration
Necessary cookies exist during the session or for the time strictly necessary for their function. Analytics and advertising cookies have different durations depending on the provider; in general they do not exceed twenty-four months.
