At Brelyxa Inversiones S.A.S. (hereinafter «Brelyxa», «we» or «the Company»), we process the personal data of users following principles of minimization, transparency and specific purpose, in line with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its complementary regulation.

2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the contact form (name, email address and message). Additionally, only if you consent through the cookie banner, we may collect technical data linked to browsing (device, operating system, pages visited, campaign references and Google Ads advertising events).
3. Purposes of the processing
We use the data to respond to inquiries, provide information about published initiatives, improve the site, comply with legal obligations and, where applicable, measure advertising campaigns. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects over users.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent, on pre-contractual steps requested by you and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to the sector.
5. Retention
Contact data is kept for the time needed to attend to your inquiry and, afterwards, for a reasonable archiving period. Browsing data associated with optional cookies is kept while the granted consent remains valid or until you revoke it.
6. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with technology providers acting on behalf of Brelyxa (hosting, security, messaging, campaign measurement), contractually bound to confidential processing.
7. Data-subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection provided by Law 25,326. Write to privacidad@brelyxa.com with a clear description of your request. The Public Information Access Agency acts as the supervisory body in the Argentine Republic.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information. No system is infallible; in the event of a relevant incident we will act following criteria of timely notification when applicable.
